How prepaid works
How do I top up?
By card from your dashboard, in amounts of €10, €20, €50 or €100. You can turn on automatic top-up: when your credit drops below the minimum you choose, it tops up by itself.
What is deducted from my credit?
The minutes of outgoing calls and, on Pay as you go, the monthly fee for each number. The user fee on Plan + credit is paid separately, in advance, each month.
And if it runs out in the middle of a call?
We warn you one minute before with a tone, and the call ends when your credit runs out. You never spend more than you have topped up.
Do I get an invoice?
Yes, for every top-up and every fee, with your tax details, in your dashboard and by email.
